Booking + Cancellation Policy
We understand that things pop up unexpectedly and as a business we do try to accommodate as much as possible but we would like to remind you that we do require 72 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
Once you have booked a scheduled appointment it is impossible to fill a cancelled appointment at short notice.
Last minute and no show appointments within the 72 hour of your booking will incur a loss of deposit. No show will incur full cost of treatment booked.
10% Booking fee is required to secure your appointment, and this will be taken off your full amount at checkout.
We ask that your arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and fill in any documents that may be required.
Children
We offer treatments from ages 16 years old above.
For Children under the age of 16 years of age, we kindly ask that you refine from bringing them to your appointment. This falls down too many factors including, space in the clinic, sharps / hazardous equipment and materials, hygiene, sterile environment and our insurances.
We love hearing about your children however we cannot give you our full attention when we are also worrying about your children in the clinic space.
When you lay down for your appointment, your eyes are closed, and our main priority is you and your treatment.
Our salon is for women and men to come in relax and have some you time in a calm and relaxing environment.
